These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of IshazuPay Ltd, including freelancers (service providers) and clients (payers using payment links).

SECTION 1: TERMS FOR FREELANCERS

 

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of IshazuPay Ltd. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

 

Services

IshazuPay provides financial solutions for freelancers and small businesses, including invoicing support, payment integration, and secure payout services.

 

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Use of our services for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

 

Fees

Transaction and service fees are displayed before confirmation. By using our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

 

Liability

• IshazuPay is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers or banks.

• We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect client information entered by users.

• Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the user in the last 3 months.

 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or use the service unlawfully.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK.

SECTION 2: CLIENT TERMS OF USE

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of payment links issued by IshazuPay Ltd (“IshazuPay”, “we”, “our”) for clients (“you”, “payer”) who pay invoices on behalf of verified freelancers. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

IshazuPay Ltd acts as a payment facilitator and merchant-of-record. When you pay via a link, you are paying IshazuPay Ltd for freelance or professional services rendered by a verified contractor. IshazuPay collects your payment and subsequently disburses funds to that contractor after KYC verification.

 

3. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through regulated partners and protected by PCI-DSS standards. IshazuPay Ltd and its partners comply with the UK Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and FCA guidance.
By paying through our link, you confirm that your payment is for legitimate freelance work and that neither you nor the recipient are listed on any sanctions list (OFAC, OFSI, EU, UN).

 

4. Fees and Charges

Any applicable processing or platform fees are displayed prior to payment confirmation. By confirming payment, you accept these fees.

 

5. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds may only be issued if a duplicate or erroneous transaction occurred, as described in our Refund Policy.
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact IshazuPay Ltd at support@ishazupay.com for resolution.

 

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our payment links for:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities

  • Payments related to sanctioned countries or entities

  • Cryptocurrency or gambling transactions

 

7. Liability

IshazuPay Ltd is not liable for delays or losses caused by banks or third-party processors. Our maximum liability is limited to the total transaction fees paid by you for the specific payment in question.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts
