AML & KYC POLICY – IshazuPay Ltd

1. Purpose
This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy defines the standards adopted by IshazuPay Ltd to prevent money laundering, terrorism financing, and other financial crimes in accordance with the UK Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

2. Scope
This policy applies to all users, freelancers, clients, contractors, and employees who engage with IshazuPay Ltd or its platform.

3. KYC Requirements
Before receiving any payout, every freelancer must successfully complete identity verification. This includes:
• Government-issued ID (passport or national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement within 3 months)
• Live selfie verification to confirm identity

4. Screening Procedures
IshazuPay Ltd screens all users against international sanctions and watch lists, including OFAC, OFSI, and EU consolidated lists. Any individual or entity flagged as high-risk or sanctioned will be rejected from the platform.

5. Data Retention
All KYC records are stored securely for a minimum of 5 years, as required by UK law. Data is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR.

6. Reporting Obligations
Suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities through Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in compliance with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.

7. Restricted Jurisdictions
IshazuPay Ltd does not onboard or process payments involving the following jurisdictions: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or any country under UN or OFSI sanctions.

8. Responsibilities
The Compliance Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining AML/KYC procedures, regular staff training, and auditing of KYC files.
